    This is not Guruvayoor temple, but Chittoor Sree Krishna Temple taken in 1928.

After the invention of photography in 1826 and first ever photo available only of 1839, first of all it is baseless to claim a photo of 1730, then comes the question of distinguishing the temple whether it is Guruvayoor or else Chittoor. Kindly withdraw this photo from Guruvayoor set of photographs in order to ensure authenticity in the sites.

  5. This is 100% confirmed.. its Althara Bhagavathi temple situated at Amaravathi, Fortkochi. this was confirmed after observing the Lion on the top of deepa sthambha.... the same lion is still there.

There are many listings available on the Internet that this is Old Guruvayoor temple and also that it is Sree Krishna Temple Chittoor, Ernakulam...but it seems that it is an old photo of Althara Bhagavathy Temple in Fort Kochi as suggested in the earlier post. The new photo of the temple after renovation seems identical except a new Kodimaram. The Deepasthambam and the mugappu looks similar
